Falafoliva is a 100% vegan Lebanese food truck in Lisbon, open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 to midnight at R. Fábrica de Material de Guerra 1. Every dish, from the falafel wraps to the dips and sauces, is plant-based, and none of it is a "vegan version" of something else.
Why Lebanese food is naturally vegan-friendly
Lebanese cooking is built on pulses, vegetables, grains, herbs, olive oil, lemon and tahini. Many of the dishes people know best, like hummus, falafel, tabbouli, moutabal and grape leaves cooked in olive oil, contain no meat, eggs or dairy in their traditional form.
Lebanon also has a long tradition of meat-free cooking for religious fasting periods, which has kept a wide range of vegetable dishes at the centre of the family table.

What vegans can order on our truck
Everything. That is the point. A few favourites:
- The famous falafel wrap (€8) and the plant-based mix wrap (€7) with cauliflower, batata, eggplant, lettuce and tahini sauce.
- Hummus (€8) and moutabal (€9) to share.
- Tabbouli (€8) when you want something fresh.
Not vegan? You will not miss anything. Most of our guests are not vegan either. They come back for the taste. Read what falafel is or how to order mezze before your visit.
